When do I get the EA after buying?
You will get a purchase confirmation email immediately after buying and a request to confirm your account details. Expect a link to download your EA with three hours of your confirmation.
After how long does the regular EA license expire?
Our regular EA license expires after 12 months. Existing clients have 30 days to renew at 50% of the purchase price. After 30 days you will be required to pay the full price.
What do I do if Autogenious forex robot is not trading?
If you’ve installed the EA correctly following our installation guide, please check the journal tab if trading hasn’t commenced. If there are no errors, please be patient. The EA may refrain from trading for days until it identifies the right entry conditions. Feel free to diversify by trading more than one pair if needed.
